To be able to coordinate the arrival and departure process more effectively, please bear in mind the office hours below:

Monday: 14.00-16.00

Tuesday: 14.00-16.00

Wednesday: 10.00-12.00

Thursday:  10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00

You are welcome to hand in or take the delivery of your documents and ask your questions between these time slots.

Student delivery will not be accepted except for the above mentioned days and hours. The documents to be signed must also be delivered to the office on these days and hours. You may take your documents back on the following office day.
