How to Apply

If you would like to be an Erasmus+ student in Kütahya Dumlupınar University, your home university should have an active Erasmus+ Inter-institutional Agreement in the relevant field of study at DPU. Please check our partners at PARTNERS section. If two institutions have an agreement, then you need to be nominated by your home university to study at DPU for the planned period of study. If DPU does not have an Inter-institutional Agreement with your home university, International Relations Office at your home university can send us a collaboration proposal within the Erasmus+ Exchange Programme.

After we receive the nomination e-mail from your Home University, International Relations Office at your home university is required to submit the following documents via e-mail.

  • Application Form: It must be fully completed and signed by the student, departmental coordinator and institutional coordinator. Click for the Application Form

  • Official Transcript: It must be in English and with the university stamp.

  • English Proficiency Document: This document can be an internationally recognized exam result or a statement issued by the home university.

  • Learning Agreement: It should not be filled by hand and signed by the student and coordinators. Click for the Learning Agreement

  • Copy of Passport Personal Information Pages

  • Scanned Form of One Passport Sized Photo: It will be used for the student identification card at Dumlupınar University.

  • Scanned Form of National ID or Student Card
